'My List' does very well what it is built for: bringing you back to what you were watching, on Netflix. Two limits follow from its very nature, and neither is a design flaw — they are the consequences of belonging to one platform.

One subscription, no desire to maintain anything: keep 'My List', it is the right tool. Adding a tracker on top would be work for nothing.
The day you have three subscriptions, the question changes: no single place knows what you watched **in total** any more. That is WatchTrail's only argument here, and it holds in that case alone — a history depending on no platform, outliving their catalogues.
Going forward, yes — two seconds an episode. For the past, an import avoids the typing.
Then 'My List' is enough, and we would rather say so.
