What Serializd et Letterboxd does better than us

**Serializd is excellent and entirely free**: episode-by-episode tracking, ratings and reviews per season, an active community. Nothing sits behind a paywall.
**Letterboxd is the film reference**, and that is not up for debate: the depth of its lists, reviews and community has no equivalent.
Serializd imports from TV Time **and** from Trakt, which makes it a comfortable way out.
Each does one thing and does it well — that is a design choice, not a gap.

Where Serializd et Letterboxd falls short

If you watch shows **and** films, you need both accounts, two histories, two sets of statistics — and no shared total.
Letterboxd has been announcing TV support since 2023, and was still announcing it in 2026: that is a wait, not a feature.
Neither sets out to cover both at once: that is consistent with what they are, and it is the limit you will hit if you watch both.

If you only watch TV, Serializd is a very good choice, free, and we are not going to pretend otherwise. If you only watch films, Letterboxd is still the best place on the web for it. Take them.
